Nubbytwiglet has a regular feature on her blog called The week in pictures. I'm going to do something similar, but still different. This is a summary of the past week.

Monday

• Looked at organized closets.
• Picked up my new sewing machine.
• Ate a lot of food at my grand-parents.

• Cleaned a calving box.

Thursday

• Fed a newborn bull calf. He went through a very difficult calving, cause he came with his hind legs first (that's the wrong way), and he had to be pulled by his hind legs to get out. Unfortunately that made the legs distorted and he couldn't get up even with assistants.
• Got crazy over the decorating of the friggebod. So many options, so little space, and money.
• Listen to Henrik Torehammar for two hours on the radio.

• Beautiful pictures of an even more beautiful outfit
• A so pretty blue eye make up

Friday

• Realized I had more money to spend than I thought.
• Thought about what to spend the money on.
• Fed the little calf. He can't stand up without support yet, but he can eat from his mom.

Saturday

• Fed the little calf again, but he prefers to eat from his mom now when he can. He can stand by himself now and even jump around a bit.
• Made up my mind about what to get from IKEA, more or less at least.

Admired

• Handwoven towels

Sunday

• Got up, drove the IKEA with my mom and sister.
• Looked and shopped at IKEA. Some of the things I saw was a disappointment, they did not look as good as in the pictures online and in the catalog, fortunately close to everything that I had planned to buy did look good and where in stock.
• Drove home again.
• Felt very tired.

This week I have only thought about the remake of my little house. In previous posts I've mentioned that I've been looking at getting things from IKEA. I'm looking at getting stuff that can help me make the most of a small space and that gives me value for my money. Here in Sweden, IKEA is the best choice for that.

Under den här veckan har jag bara tänkt på förändringen av mitt lilla hus. I tidigare inlägg har jag nämnt att jag har funderat på att köpa saker från IKEA. Jag är ute efter saker som kan hjälpa mig att få ut så mycket som möjligt från ett litet utrymme och som ger mig valuta för pengarna. Här i Sverige så är IKEA det bästa alternativet.

The closest IKEA store is an, at least a 3 and a half hour, drive away, so at first the plan was to buy the things online. But everything isn't available online, you don't get to see and touch and you will have to wait for the things to arrive. Tomorrow my sister and I will drive to IKEA instead. My mom wants to go too, so she'll probably join us.

Den närmaste IKEA affären är en, minst 3 och en halv timmes, bilresa bort, så först tänkte jag köpa sakerna online. Men allt finns inte på nätet, man kan inte se och känna och man måste vänta på att sakerna ska levereras. Imorgon kommer min syster och jag att köra till IKEA istället. Min mamma vill också åka, så hon följer antagligen med oss.

This means that I have to have everything more or less planned by tomorrow morning, which in turn means no time for making any well made illustrations. But it's exciting, isn't it? I've never had an huge interest in IKEA, but now I suddenly know everything about their products.

Det betyder att jag måste ha allt mer eller mindre planerat i morgon bitti, vilket i sin tur betyder att det inte finns tid att göra välgjorda illustrationer. Men det är spännande, eller hur? Jag har aldrig varit speciellt intresserad av IKEA, men nu kan jag helt plötsligt allt om deras sortiment.

Those of you following this blog through the RSS feed, will see (have already seen) that old posts have appeared again as new. I'm so sorry about that. I just found out that the I had the links back to the original posts where wrong and I had to fix it. Again, I apologize about all of it. I just have to check everything twice in the future.

My pretty orange door. The black thing is to keep the bugs out during the summer.

The chest will be moved, but the laptop will stay.

This wardrobe will be removed, I'll get a much better one instead! The large chair will take it's place.

I've slept so well in this bed, but it will have to go. I'm getting my own sofa-bed instead!

This is where I plan to have shelves for storage.
