Last weekend I thought about adding less items to my Polyvore outfits, but I've changed my mind. I'll keep adding lots of items and instead I'll try to make an edited version of each illustration.

Förra helgen tänkte jag att jag skulle lägga till färre föremål till min Polyvore klädkombinationer, men jag har ändrat mig. Jag ska fortsätta att lägga till massa saker och istället försöka göra en redigerad version av varje illustration.

I thought New Years Eve deserved something special, so I've got two outfits to show you from that day. Lets start with the day version.

Jag tyckte att nyårsafton förtjänade något speciellt, så jag har två klädkombinationer att visa från den dagen. Till att börja med, dagsversionen.

Detail of the blouse collar.

The blouse has a few nice details. They are just a bit hard to photograph. The collar is cut on the bias and that gives it an interesting shape. There's also button closures at the back of the neck and at on of the sides of the waist. I think the blouse is cute, but I'm not entirely sure about the pattern of the fabric.

Blusen har en del fina detaljer. De är bara lite svåra att fotografera. Kragen är skuren på skrådden och det ger den en intressant form. Det finns också knäppningar vid nacken och vid midjans ena sida. Jag tycker att blusen är söt, men jag är inte helt säker på tygets mönster.

I wore something else in the evening.

Jag hade något annat på mig på kvällen.

These are much nicer clothes, aren't they? I've made them myself, to me those clothes are always the best. I love this jacket! I feel so good and pretty in it. There's a few more pictures of it at Flickr, link to the back. If you look at that photo, you can see that I'm not a perfect weaver.

Det här är mycket finare kläder, eller hur? Jag har gjort dom själv, och för mig så är alltid de kläderna bäst. Jag älskar den här jackan! Jag känner mig så bra och fin i den. As you may have noted I did not write anything yesterday and today I'll only write this short post. I've just been lazy and done almost nothing. I hope all of you have had a wonderful start of the new year and I promise to do my best to entertain you in 2009.

Som du kanske har märkt så skrev jag ingenting igår och idag kommer jag bara att skriva det här korta inlägget. Jag har bara varit lat och gjort nästan ingenting. Jag hoppas att ni alla har haft en fin start på det nya året och jag lovar att göra mitt bästa för att underhålla er under 2009.

The entertainment will just have to wait a few days. I've just packed my bags and I will soon be on my way back to Hägn. Starting Saturday or Sunday I'll be back to posting regularly again.

Underhållningen får bara vänta några dagar. Jag har just packat mina väskor och snart kommer jag att vara på väg tillbaka till Hägn. Från och med lördag eller söndag kommer jag att skriva regelbundet igen.

I've made the skirt. I'm not a fan of black clothes, but I can see that they are practical and good to have in your wardrobe. Therefore I bought a black wool fabric and planned to make an all black skirt. As you can see, it didn't end up an all black skirt. Right now I'm planning to make all black pants. It's going to be interesting to see how they turn out.

Jag har gjort kjolen. Jag gillar egentligen inte svarta kläder, men jag kan förstå att de är praktiska och bra att ha i sin garderob. Därför köpte jag ett svart ylletyg och planerade att sy en helt svart kjol. Som du kan se, blev det inte en helt svart kjol. Just nu planerar jag att sy ett par helt svarta byxor. Det ska bli intressant att se hur de kommer att bli.
